About our firm
Goodrich Oaks Architecture, P.A. (formerly Goodrich Architecture) is a full service Architectural Firm that began in February of 2002. Our firm is licensed in several states including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. We specialize in coastal residential design along the Carolina coast. We also offer design services for commercial projects including office buildings, restaurants, churches, activity centers, dentist offices, industrial warehouses and fabrication.
H. Blair Goodrich, AIA, has been a part of the architectural community in North Carolina for over 30 years. Prior to this, he worked in Florida and his home state of Virginia.
Adam J. Oaks, AIA, is a native to Wilmington, NC. He has been with the firm since its inception over 20 years ago and recently partnered to form Goodrich Oaks Architecture.
As a team, our firm strives to provide a service clients want and deserve while understanding that communication is key. Our firm has the ability to provide our clients with architectural drawings, physical models, presentation packages, and quality 3D perspective renderings of projects.
